Residential · Penthouse Fit-Out

Tom Delen came to Vision Haus with a clear vision but an unfinished canvas — a raw penthouse shell with extraordinary views and enormous potential. His requirement was specific: an integrated home and workspace where every function served the other, culminating in a custom sauna adjacent to his private office.
The result is a single-floor environment of quiet luxury — where the sauna transitions seamlessly into the office, the kitchen anchors the social space, and every surface reflects a commitment to material precision.

Meron Negassi wanted her salon to feel “natural, modern, and welcoming” — a brief that sounds simple but demands sophisticated material restraint to execute properly. Vision Haus selected microcement as the hero surface — warm, seamless, and inherently tactile — then layered in integrated LED details that define zones without imposing on the calm atmosphere.
The finished space has become one of Azizi Riviera’s most distinctive commercial interiors — proof that thoughtful fit-out creates a competitive advantage.
